SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING

Orders leave our warehouse within 24 to 48 hours of receiving payment, shipped to the address provided by the customer at the time of placing the order.

Orders placed over the weekend (from Friday afternoon to Sunday) will be processed starting on Monday.

Approximate delivery times are:

National:

  • Peninsula: 24 hours

  • Balearic Islands: 48 – 72 hours

 

Shipping costs include handling and packaging charges as well as postal fees. Transport costs may vary depending on the total weight of the package and fuel prices.

We recommend that you group all items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees will apply individually to each order.

Typically, all shipments are handled by the transport company Tipsa.

Upon delivery of the order, please:

 

ETIQUETAS ANVER is not responsible for any consequences due to possible shipping delays.

 

RETURNS

The customer has 5 business days from receipt of the order to submit any claims regarding the products delivered to ETIQUETAS ANVER. After this period, the products will be considered accepted by the customer, and no further claims will be accepted.

To formalize a claim, an email must be sent to anver@etiquetasanver.com with the following information:

  • Invoice number.

  • Customer code.

  • Reference of the product in question.

  • Number of units requested for return.

  • Detailed description of the reason for the claim.

 

Once this information is received, we will evaluate the claim and determine whether to accept or reject it based on the product’s condition and warranty coverage.

Requests to return a product must be made within a minimum of 7 calendar days from its receipt. The return will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition as it was delivered (not unsealed, not installed), in its original packaging, without any customer markings. If a shipping label is required, it must be removable; otherwise, the product must be packed within a neutral outer package.

  • The return number must be clearly visible on the package without affecting the original packaging.

  • The return must be shipped within 3 business days of approval, and ETIQUETAS ANVER must receive it within a maximum of 10 calendar days; otherwise, the return will be canceled.

 

If the product received does not meet the requirements, it will be returned to the customer with shipping costs charged or the customer will be responsible for arranging collection. In either case, the returned product amount will not be refunded.
